As a Team Manager, you oversee the quality of the work and the entire work process. This results in a motivated team and the high-quality, efficient execution of tasks. As a Team Manager, you do not shy away from taking on a great deal of responsibility and are able to apply the knowledge you have gained effectively within the team.

What does your week look like?
As Team Manager, you carry a lot of responsibility for your team and are responsible for for  The overall operational work process in the greenhouse. You plant many tasks who need to be taken care of daily to perfection to run a good week. You keep a close eye on this during the week. With the necessary experience you have already gained, you know how to motivate the team and monitor the atmosphere, intervening when necessary. As Team Manager, you check the hours of all employees, make any corrections, are responsible for training (new) employees and work closely with the employment agency.

You round off the day with your colleagues. Together, you discuss the key points that need attention and you don’t go home until everything is sorted out perfectly for the next day. As well as being responsible for  you have a lot of contact with the crop specialists. Top performance is something you achieve together!
