Junior Team Leader
Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for supervising employees. With the aim of ensuring that all operations, to get a perfect product, are carried out correctly and of course everyone enjoys working.
What does your week look like?
You’ll start as a Junior Team Leader, working on the production line. Have you become a master of the greenhouse? And can you carry out all the tasks in your sleep? Then you’re the ideal Junior Team Manager to lead the team of (flexible) staff and students. You’ll oversee the quality, execution and safety of the production process. You’ll motivate staff and build a close-knit team around you. You’ll ensure a positive working atmosphere in which staff enjoy their work and can develop. What does it take to ensure we can supply high-quality tomatoes to so many people? Five key tasks, carried out by many staff members, are crucial to this. Proper planning is the key to success. Together with the Team Manager, you will ensure balanced planning and correct administration. As Junior Team Manager, you are the eyes and ears in the greenhouse. In short, a dynamic job.
We work in teams, where responsibilities are shared. The position is a varied and independent function, in which you maintain contact with the Team Manager and provide him with advice. In addition, this position offers good advancement opportunities and opportunities to take the necessary training courses.
Welcome to Harting Holland
With an enthusiastic team, we go for the best taste and quality tomatoes. We specialise in growing loose cherry tomatoes and coarse vine tomatoes. In our company, you are part of an overall process. We pack the product and sell it ourselves. With the geothermal heat source that has been struck in cooperation with our neighbour, we supply ourselves from 90% with the heat we need.
Continuous improvement and sustainable production are a matter of course for us. We are an ambitious family business that offers an inspiring and challenging working environment with room for personal initiative and development.
